This is a mobile home that needs plumbing repairs , paint and flooring. It would be best for a plumber and or very extremely confident handy man. This is an AS IS RENTAL. WE ARE MAKING NO REPAIRS - YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL REPAIRS & maintenance. This is a month to month rental. We as the landlord will be using the shed. You as the tenant have NO access to the shed We as the landlord will be accessing the property for improvements which will be weekly. We as the landlord will be using some of the trash cans at times. We will be very selective to who we have move in as the neighbors are to be our future Neighbors and we need a quiet, respectable tenant.
