Up to two dogs are welcome with a pet fee, and horses can stay in the fenced pasture behind the house. Sadly, cats are not allowed due to allergies. Guests will have access to the entire property and can easily check-in via a keycode. There is a no-smoking policy and no events are allowed. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 9 AM. Dogs left unattended should be in a crate, and guests must agree to pick up after their dogs inside and out. A rental agreement must be signed prior to arrival, and identity verification is required. A laptop computer is not included.
