Very nice 1BR unit in 4-fam house on the gorgeous Orleans town cove. Year-round,... all utilities, wifi, cable, parking, EVERYTHING included! I need a clean, conscientious, non-smoking guest with no pets, no drama please. It's an awesome place to live, quiet, but you can walk to all amenities, shops, supermarket eateries, etc. Private deck, coin laundry in basement.
