Through the door youll find the large laundry area with washer/dryer included. Theres the utility area with a Weil McLain gas heater and a 1 year old Bradford White water heater. Wait till you see the shelving you can use for all your storage! An outside exit is also featured which leads to the back patio. The backyard is fabulous and was perfect for any get togethers. Theres a large (approx. 20x20) covered concrete patio which flows right into the extra large fenced back yard. Also included is the large storage shed at the back of the yard which is great for all your gardening needs. Most everything has been updated several times: The roof was brand new (1 layer) in 2012 Gas heater was replaced in 2000. Central air installed around 2008. Windows are tilt in CertainTeed windows.
