Everything in the unit has been recently renovated. All rentals will be a minimum of 30 days. Small dogs are allowed. There is a one-time $149 pet cleaning fee and $40/mo/pet additional fee. These will be charged via the pay request process. This goes towards our cleaner so that we can deep clean the unit after your stay! We want to make it as hypoallergenic as possible for any future guests! You must be 18 or older to book. By booking a stay you agree to all the house rules. This is a fully furnished apartment. Lease is for a minimum of 30 days and can be as long as 1 year. There is free street parking at the property and two parking spots off-street at a first-come, first-serve basis.
