The beach is supplied with chairs and fire pits and firewood during the summer. This is an older home. The floors are not leveled. Nice open porch. Sunset or second to none. Home is available now. First lease agreement will end on May 31, 2027. Renewals will be on a yearly basis. Tenant responsible for utilities. One cat or one medium dog are allowed. There is a $75 animal fee per month. This home also comes with access to our private beach. We have chairs and fire pits on the beach. There is usually piles of wood that you can burn located at the top of the stairway that leads down to the beach.
