We are looking for professionals individuals or couples that are professionals to occupy the 6 furnished units during the Winter months. These units are 3 floor, 2 bedroom Condo units that are fully equipped and furnished for a comfortable short-term rental during the winter/off-season. There are 6 units. Located on the 1st floor, these units have a full kitchen, small living room and SmartTV. Each bedroom is located on the 2nd and 3rd floors with King beds and Master bathrooms on each 2nd and 3rd floor. Each unit has a mini-split heating and air conditioner. There are two Starlinks for the Building for the wireless network. $1500/month including utilities, snow-removal and internet. Lease would start November 1, 2026 and end on April 30, 2027. Unit available November 1, 2026 to April 30, 2027. $1500/month including utilities and wi-fi. $1500 refundable security deposit. Snow removal included.
