    Malden, 37 Mt Vernon St 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath Kitchen (fridge and oven included) and middle connecting room 1 off street parking space that is never blocked in. Additionally, the street in front requires no sticker [Salem to Starbird streets]. So is visitor friendly. Front and back porches Basement laundry [coin-op, but less expensive than local laundromats] No pets, no smoking on premises Certified de-leaded, so children under 6 are OK. Brett's e_m_ail (backwards to avoid internet programs from picking it up and spamming me) moc[tod]liamg[ta]xmxtterb Commuting very favorable: About 5 houses down is Salem St "Richardson St Bus Stop", where there is a 7/11 store. Four bus routes all overlap there that take people to the T subway's Orange Line at Malden Center Station. The station is 3/4 mile distance, (as is Oak Grove Station). The busses are {411 - 1 per hour, 430 - 1 per hour, 106 - 1 per half hour, 108 - 1 per half hour}. A note to those thinking about looking at apartments in Somerville at the orange line - the orange line train loads up with many people at Malden Center, almost enough to completely fill the 6 car fleet trains inbound to Boston (much of the year during peak hours). At stops closer to Boston (Assembly Square, etc) most people can't get on! Inbound you actually have a commuting advantage being farther from Boston. Regarding the pictures (OK, OK they were taken by a man) - Obviously with my tools and supplies temporarily in the apartment it's not exactly staging furniture for pictures : ) . Cleaning staff already scheduled. Contacting painters. I show a picture of the hot water heaters to show that they are of modern efficiency. I look forward to meeting you! Owner pays water and sewer. Tenant pays gas, electric, trash. No pets. No smoking on premises.
