There is a garage with electric car charger and kayaks, bikes, bodyboards etc. No smokers, shoes in the house or parties. Pets on a case-by-case basis. About the LocationWater, water everywhere! While the house doesn't have a pool, we are a few minutes to the bay and ten minutes to the ocean. Spend the morning kayaking at Louse Point and the afternoon at one of the many award-winning beaches in East Hampton. Amagansett is a quick drive as is East Hampton Village while Montauk is only 20 minutes via a scenic highway. Farm stand and farmers market options are plentiful.
