Pets are welcome with a maximum of 2 dogs allowed and a $100 per pet fee applies. Parking is limited to 3 vehicles. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, and a $100 fee may be imposed for violations of these rules. No smoking inside the unit, with a $250 fee for violation. Unauthorized pets or guests are subject to a $300 fee and immediate termination of your stay with no refunds. Absolutely no parties without express authorization. We are in Bear Country, so no trash or food is to be left outside at any time, with a $100 fee for violations. Some homes are equipped with exterior cameras for security purposes. Rates are based on standard occupancy of 2 guests per bedroom, with additional guests incurring a $25 per person nightly surcharge. Cable TV is not provided, but guests can log in to personal accounts on Smart TVs and access free programming on The Roku Channel. This is a great home for a longer stay and there is so much to do, making it ideal for remote work-friendly stays.
