You would share the house with a couple that lives in the rooms upstairs but you have your own bathroom, full kitchen and entrance to your space. Popular Sunday farmers market just around the corner. Couple blocks from Harry Thomas Recreation Center that has an outdoor pool/baseball/tennis/basketball courts. 15-min walk to Shaw Metro. 15-min walk to NoMa Metro. 20 min walk/5 min drive to Union Market Looking for folks who are interested in short term stay (couple months) as well as longer term lease (6 months or more).
