It can be rented for 6-9 months, ready for your furniture & favorite things or come fully furnished for an additional $100 a month. We are rural mountain living here in Allenspark but this cabin is walking distance to the post-office, local coffee house/gift shop, restaurant, the community church & a community center for the arts. 1 small/medium pet per property is allowed. No smoking or vaping in the cabin. The porch or outside is fine to smoke or vape. There is no cell service available but wifi calling does work with internet connection. There is no waste pick-up, however there is a local transfer station for trash at renter's cost and recyclables are unlimited and free. The transfer station is less than a mile away from the cabin. This rate is for unfurnished. For an additional $100 a month, it can come fully furnished.
