The second bedroom features a queen 4 poster bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV and also has its own bathroom with large walk in shower. Casa Serenity is fully equipped including washer/dryer, TVs, wireless broadband internet, gas BBQ grill, and more! Kids and grown-ups alike will enjoy the privacy in a walled garden sun terrace and excellent access to all island activities- snorkeling, sunbathing, sailing, fishing, hiking, scuba diving, etc. Villa may be rented by the month or weekly. Security deposits are non-refundable if reservation is cancelled within sixty (60) days of scheduled occupancy. Fully refundable if at least ninety (90) days notice is provided and fifty percent (50%) is refundable if at least sixty (60) days prior notice is received in writing.
