A full kitchen with all stainless appliances and dishwasher, a Keurig single cup & 12 cup coffee pot plus toaster oven available for your use. Large cutting board island is perfect for preparing all your meals in a functional manner. We provide all of our guests with coffee and tea choices, sugar & sugar substitutes. The living/dining room has large south facing windows and let in plenty of sunlight throughout the day. With two recliners and a leather couch there is ample seating for guests, as well as additional chairs if needed. We provide wifi and full cable as well having an Amazon Firestick connected for any streaming services you may choose to use during your stay. We hope you feel as at home here as we have all these years. This property has 3 other rented units, all with separate entrances. You have the main house, with the most complete privacy. Five minute drive to HITS and the village of Saugerties. 15 minute drive to Woodstock & 25 minutes to Hunter Mountain. Off street parking, private enclosed front porch, front bluestone patio, and access to the shared ( with other guests) backyard. This is a non-smoking house.
