South East Austin, TX Hi I'm Monica, and me and my roomie are looking for a 3rd roommate! The house is in Southeast Austin and within the neighborhood there is a pool and a trail. We are in close proximity to McKinney Falls State Park and are about 10 minutes from downtown! We have a huge backyard and all shared spaces are furnished. The room and closet are pretty spacious, and you would share 1.5 baths with 1 roommate. Rent will be around $750 to $800/month, utilities included (utilities can vary by $30-$50 or so depending on how hard we go)!
