Cute one bedroom, one bath apartment with fresh paint and lights. A few minutes of walking gets you to many restaurants (Kami Ramen! Spenard Joes! Fiori D'Italia!), stores, and other conveniences. A few minutes of walking in the other direction gets you to wooded, paved bike baths and city parks. This apartment is less than two miles by bike or car to the Coastal Trail and a few hundred feet away from a public bus stop. Being situated conveniently near the airport, midtown, public transport, and Minnesota makes this apartment a convenient location for everyone. One long parking spot comes with the rental. This spot is large enough for two cars to park tandem. We are looking for someone who will take care of our property and respect the other tenants in the building. This building is filled with great people and we would like to keep it that way. We are a no-drama building and all tenants are quiet, responsible, and have been here for years. This rental is managed by a couple and not a management company. We are good landlords, we live in the building, and we want people who are interested in picking up after themselves, being respectful to their neighbors, and taking care of our property. We do credit checks (minimum of 650), criminal background checks (no violent crime, stalking, DV, etc.), and we call references. :) People who submit Zillow apps have preference since they are so much faster for me to process. We work full time so we can show people the property after work and on the weekends. Electric and Internet is paid by tenant. Coin operated washer and dryer available on site. Water, sewer, landscaping, and general snow removal (parking space is the responsibility of the tenant) is paid for by landlord. We are a no smoking property. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, covered walk-ways, or stairwell. Lease is six months with the option to extend once the lease expires.
