It is an awesome studio at Wabash Lofts, with a huge bathroom and laundry in unit. There is a pool, dog park, and grilling/patio area out by the pool as well as a gym. Pets are allowed (dogs and cats.) Everything is very secure, and there is someone on site almost everyday for questions or concerns. Rent is $1150 with some fees, and electric is not included but overall an amazing deal and I am so sad to be leaving it. Subleaser pays for electric. There are additional tech fees at 50 dollars per month as well but trash removal and parking are included.
