Laundry facilities are fairly close to the apartment inside the complex; there are numerous laundry rooms available. Mailbox is close as well. My work situation changed just after signing the lease. I never ended up moving in. Nothing was ever hung on the walls, no furniture brought in, etc., so the carpet and walls are clean with no holes or stains. The building consists of 4 apartments, so you will have only one neighbor to the side of you (in other words, there is only one common wall). The lease runs until August 8th, 2020, but you can extend if you wish. I paid the $600 security deposit which means you don't have to pay that (and you'll get to keep the $600 deposit when you move out so long as you maintain the apartment. You just need to pass the typical credit check with the leasing office and if you are approved we go to the office together where you sign onto the lease and I sign off. Since I paid a full month's rent to the office on the 1st, you would give the prorated amount of rent to me, not the office. I can show the apartment at any time.
