There is also a nice fenced in back yard. The full two car garage has an opener. There is an extra space in the rear driveway for another car to park. The schools are in the GISD and are good with my wife and I raising our two daughters in the schools nearby. We have been very pleased with our local schools. There is a non-refundable $40 application fee per adult on the lease to conduct a criminal, credit and eviction background check(s). We are not approved for Section 8 housing.
