Hello, I am living in a three bedroom apartment, and my two roommates are moving to LA for work. I am a 26 year old professional female, I would prefer females but open to clean males. This is a great option for students and young professionals. I have found one more roommate she is also very friendly, polite and professional. My roommate and I would like to sign a 12 month lease, if you need to leave before 12 months you can easily sublease.
