    What's special

    This is a fixer upper that needs a little bit of TLC, mostly cosmetic repairs with some other bigger repairs. I'm selling the home as is, and am willing to work with the buyer in paying closing and inspection costs, as well as being willing to make some of the cosmetic repairs. Negotiations are welcome. It's a three bedroom, one and a half bath home with two living spaces, a large living area and an even larger den. I have the blueprints to my home as well that I would pass along to the buyer upon purchasing the home. There is a spacious backyard, two metal storage sheds, a large quantity of solar panels. There is a wall of pretty brick and a converted gas fireplace in the den. Granite counter tops and new flooring laid down about five years ago in the kitchen, dining, and main bathroom. Plan to lay new carpets down in the living room, bedroom hallway, and the front bedroom. There is a privacy fence wrapped around the backyard and a covered, concrete patio as well. Roofing and Central heating and air was remodeled shortly before I moved in which was approximately four and a half years ago. Still in good working order. There is also a generator that comes with the solar panels on the room, though needs to be hooked up. House comes with a large, two car garage, and a two car carport attached to it on the outside.
