Two Story, Single Family home with a full basement. First level, 2 bedrooms, a full bath, living room with fireplace, dining room, large kitchen with separate pantry (we have a stand up freezer, chest freezer and a side by side refrigerator in the pantry), Second level has 2 bedrooms, a full bath and a small kitchen. The utilities for the second floor are on a separate meter from the first floor. The basement is large with a half bath, which also has the washer and dryer. We have a screened in niced sized back porch, a nice sized front porch. Large back yard, nice sized front yard and a two-car detached garage. We do not have central air and used to have oil heat until my husband converted it over to gas, which is so much better. We bought the house in March of 2006.
