The entire second floor is about 500 square feet including both bedrooms, the bathroom, and loft area which the renter will have access to all by themselves. The current roommate is a very sweet and independent elderly woman on the first floor. The house has a refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. There is a fenced in backyard with driveway. Very competitive rent and looking for a serious person who wants a quiet space to live in. Looking for a minimum of 1 year lease. Will split the utility costs in half. Renter is responsible for replacing air filters (have extras now) light bulbs (have extras), and normal cleaning of the house.
