This is a seasonal short-term 5 month lease which includes the Xmas season!! I will not rent it for a shorter period of time so please do not contacting me asking for a differernt time period. This pristine house boasts a brand-new, gorgeous kitchen with high-end appliances, all brand new, never used. Has 3 small bedrooms (sleeps 6) and two very clean, newly installed bathrooms with all new, never-used fixtures! One bedroom has a queen, one has two twin beds, and one room has a twin trundle with twin underneath. The living area has a super fun foosball table in excellent condition as well as brand new flat panel TV. On the expansive deck is a small, private hot tub. There's a quaint little stream that runs along the backyard. Very private, but close to everything. Walkable to Whole Foods, shopping, restaurants and the California Lodge at Heavenly. Huge driveway which has enough room for up to 4 cars. It's on a monthly extermination service and so none of the usual Tahoe surprises. Included in the rent is weekly trash removal service, snow removal as well as monthly hot tub maintenance. Tenant will be responsible for all other utilities. Interested tenants must fill out a rental application, which includes a credit screening (unless you prefer to pay entire rent upfront in which case I will discount by 10%).
