Sundance at Baxter Meadows is a quiet, pet friendly community centrally located a couple miles from downtown Bozeman but tucked away within walking distance to a 100 acre regional park with the largest dog park in Bozeman and access to the Bozeman trail system. Residents have access to a 24-hour state of the art gym, heated pool, hot tub and pet spa. Our apartments have central air and heat, wood plank flooring, full size washer and dryers and 9 to 10 foot ceilings. Garages are available for an additional fee. We have friendly onsite management and maintenance for servicing our residents' needs in a timely manner. Dogs are not permitted on the 3rd floor apartments Our 2 bedroom have a flat utility fee of $130.00 which covers: High speed internet, water, sewer and trash. Northwestern Energy would be the only utility you will need to put into your name.
