Large balcony with gorgeous unobstructed views of the ocean can also be found upstairs and easily accessed from both the master bedroom and the landing area. Take a stroll around the Channel Island Harbor's farmers market which takes place every Sunday from 10 am to 2 pm. The market is a very short walk from the home and you will find organic in-season vegetables, homemade tamales, shaved ice, music and so much more! Not to be missed is the very large community Oxnard Beach Park which features a wonderful pirate themed playground structure for the kids and is just a short drive from the home.
