FOOD SPACE: We each have our own food shelves. You will share an entire fridge/freezer with one other person (not three others) and have designated shelf spaces. UTILITIES: water, electricity, internet, are a flat $100/ month. No arguing over bills! CHORES: Each roommate has a chore to care for the grounds. Yours will be to take care of the pool along with one another person. It usually takes about 10 minutes a day switching on and off with your partner as you prefer. Hot weather require more attention to the pool then cooler weather. MONTHLY LEASE TERMS: 6 months then it is month to month after this. Just need a 30 day notice. *There are two times of the year that you are restricted from moving out: April 1-July 15 and Dec-Jan 15. These times are difficult to find new roommies. I set this restriction to make it less stressful for me during these times. Otherwise you are welcome to move out anytime with a 30-day notice. ABOUT US: We are in our upper 20's and up. Quiet and professional setting. ME: I am the owner of the house who lives about 10 minutes away. I have lived there for over 14 years and I still use the garage as my studio and storage space. I am at the house frequently but usually just to do chores, maintenance, drop off or pick up supplies from the garage. I pop in and out, but not sleeping or cooking there.
