In 2021, hardwood floors were installed upstairs. In spring of 2019, a major renovation was completed. The kitchen, laundry with 1/2 bath room, dining room and upstairs hall bathroom were completely gutted to studs. New electric wiring, LED recessed lighting, switches and recepatacles were installed in these renovated areas. This enabled us to install new plumbing throughout the home. Now, all of the water lines are PEX and waste lines are PVC Scheduled 40. This includes all new Moen faucets/fixtures, new fittings and shut-off valves. A new 2" water line from the utility water meter was installed to the house; and a new utility water meter was installed for a new irrigation system. A new electrical distribution panel, metering can, and a Generac automatic transfer switch were installed. In 2017, the master bathroom was completely gutted and redone. Today, the bottom floor has new PRYZM Native Acacia Rigid Core hybrid (waterproof) flooring. A new 18 SEER HVAC system was installed in May 2023 for the upstair's living area. The 18 SEER HVAC downstair system has a brand new evaporator coil and the outside condenser unit was replaced in late 2019.
