A huge 2 bed 1bath apartment, downstairs unit of a fourplex (upstairs units not open to backyard). A big backyard facing to an empty farm land (check the given Google map and try satellite map view). If you like to barbecue, there is a nice Wood Decked Side Porch for you. And the backyard is privacy fenced. Its pretty close to Villa Maria and if you are TAMU student, you can take Route 15 across the railroad at Wellborn or take a bus from General Services Complex (Route 06). This is a very safe and quiet area and its in the corner of both Forestwood Drive and Yegua St. Monthly rent $600 and its super cheap for the size and backyard of this awesome apartment. All tiled, so no worries when you move-out like cleaning the carpet etc so you always get the full deposit back. The security deposit is $600. As an incentive to helping me out subleasing, I'll give you $200 cash so you can use it for security deposit or whatever you want to do with it :) We stayed only 4 months, so the apartment is extra clean and new. We'll make sure it is super clean when we leave. The apartment has a free washer and dryer and the water is paid too. Also remember this is in Bryan Utility, so its super cheap compared to College Station utilities. We normally get around $55 a month for about 600kWH consumption. All electric and includes a new refrigerator. Awesome place for family with kids or students. We'll leave some of our furnitures like the bed (mattress and frame) and (big dining table with four chairs and a chaise lounge chair that comes from my landlord) for free.
