    Our family home is located in a great neighborhood just minutes away from anything you need, including Easter Lake. The open concept floor plan is convenient and very well laid out. The kitchen is large, with plenty of storage and outlets - all kitchen appliances stay! Living room is cozy, with a gas fireplace and bar area. Large master bedroom has full master bath. Our home is well maintained and loved. We recently finished the basement to include a large laundry room, storage room, and good sized recreational room (projector and screen stay with the house!). We have replaced most lights and most fixtures with high quality nickel finished items. We put in a new silent garage door opener, and a fantastic cement patio this year. You'll love spending time outside on the patio or deck - the entire backyard is fenced and has an apple tree and raspberry bush.
