Ninety five percent of the time you would have the home to yourself as I spend most of my time in Florida and just want access to my home to stay in, if I visit which is maybe a week a month. The guest bedroom is a very cozy bedroom with black out curtains and a Smart TV and off street parking which is a big bonus in that part of town. There is a purified water system throughout the house and reverse osmosis in the kitchen. There are TV's in every room, including the bathroom. The TV's have live Hulu, and Netflix. The home is located in a private culdesac with off street parking and 3 patios in an upscale neighbourhood. Only 4 miles from downtown and 2 miles from Hyde Park Square and in walking distance to Starbucks and boutique shops. Water, utilities, lawn care, wifi, and monthly professional house cleaning is included in the rate. Tenant is responsible for exit cleaning which is $150 that is collected upon move in along with a $99 non refundable property protection plan that covers any accidental damage that may occur. A refundable security deposit of $1400 upon move in. Lease lengths are flexible.
