The place is also - 15-20 minutes to downtown Fort Collins / CSU campus - 45 minutes to Estes Park / Rocky Mountain National Park - Winter months note: our streets are plowed almost daily, but we cannot always clear driveway/entry if snow falls too close to reservation date or while staying. Better to make a snowman that way! The Layout Details You and your group will have access to the entire home. Horsetooth Hideaway is a large, fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath, dual-level house great for families, friend groups, and/or traveling business people. UPSTAIRS - LARGE master bedroom furnished with a queen bed, full sized closet and mirror, brand new Wi-Fi equipped TV with access to all streaming services, and a dedicated workspace with a full desk and monitor. The bathroom has been fully renovated with a bathtub/shower and plenty of counter/cupboard space with extra towels. - Formal dining area seats 4 (with more chairs to pull over if needed) and overlooks a beautiful rock fireplace with window views of the foothills. Nearby is a lounge area to sink into for any quick eaters that want to stay in the dinner conversation. - Full kitchen, complete with new appliances, coffee makers, a microwave, dishwasher, and toaster. There is an indoor breakfast nook perfect for sipping coffee and taking in views of the red cliffs off Horsetooth Resevoir and maybe a friendly deer or two to come see what you are up to. - Speaking of great places to have coffee, the second-level deck is just off the kitchen through sliding doors to give a great (as I've heard many real estate agents say) indoor-outdoor living space. The patio is furnished with a full grill, lounge chairs, and a dining set. Panoramic views of the cliffs, Soderburg Hiking Trailhead, and the mountains also await you out here! DOWNSTAIRS - Another LARGE bedroom complete with two queen beds, nightstands, and a full-sized closet and mirror. I do emphasize large again because even with two queens, there is still a place for yoga or other activities. - A renovated full bathroom with shower just off the bedroom to the right. A closet across the bathroom equipped with enough space for storing any extra things you may need out of the way. - On-site washer/dryer - Spacious lounge area with two couches, reading seats, a renovated electronic fireplace, and brand new Wi-Fi equipped TV with full access to all streaming services. As a TV/Movie buff, this is personally my favorite area to relax after a full day of activities! Outside/Other notes - The room under the deck is for equipment storage and not accessible to guests (unless you want to volunteer someone for yard work!) - The separate shed to the right is for guests to take out trash/recyclables when house cans get too full - Twin mattress pad in closet of upstairs room for additional bed - The driveway is very long and the width of two cars so off-street parking should not be an issue. - Driveway leads up to the deck stairs and the front door/lockbox, which gives you access to the entire house.
