So close to the Capitol you can smell legislation stalling, like the cars, commuting so far, while you're communing with nature & laughing with neighbors, swinging your racquet or taking a dip, flip over the fireplace, the croquet proportioned yard, so many bright bedrooms, big basement/great headroom, warm wood & cool light, the most incredible deck, I'd sleep there most nights.
