I would like to rent out my 1,110 sq ft, 2-bedroom/1 bathroom house in Northside for 1,800 USD/month for one year. Washer/dryer/fridge/microwave/dishwasher are provided. Tenant(s) responsible for grass/weed maintenance and no utilities are included. There is 800 sq ft unfinished attic that you could use for storage (it is NOT temperature controlled) The house comes with flood lighting and security cameras on all sides, along with motion sensors and open/close sensors on all windows and exterior doors. Vivint is available at the cost of the renter, but the control panel still works without the subscription. The house is located 12-15 minutes from VCU, Scott's addition, and Shockoe Bottom. I would ideally love to rent the house to someone who has dog(s) (up to three per ordinance) but unfortunately, due to insurance there are some breed restrictions. Hopefully you like to garden as it has an ample backyard with four raised garden beds filled with 1-2 year old mushroom compost and a compost pile already loaded with organic material as well as chicken droppings. The backyard has a large paver patio as well as a 7ftx7ft shed that will be available to use by the renter(s). An outdoor firepit along with a wood rack will be available as well, with some leftover wood/logs for splitting available if the renter wants. The house has street parking but the house has a paved driveway as well as automatic gates so you can park up to two cars comfortably behind the privacy fence.
