The property features a spacious fully fenced backyard, complemented by a sizable back deck approximately 300 + sq ft, offering vistas of Horsetooth during winter and lush green surroundings in the summer and towering 30-foot trees, including huge pines, willow, aspens and a giant cottonwood. You'll enjoy the snow on the pines in the winter and the lush vegetation and shade in the summer. This is our family home that we are temporarily leasing (fully furnished) for 12 months (we would be open to a 6 + month lease) while we work in a different city. We have poured considerable effort into upgrading our home and are seeking a tenant who will value and maintain it. Outside security cameras are on the property.
