My wife and I are moving & need someone to sublet our lease until the lease is over on 11/30. The landlord Steven is nice and responds to anything that might need fixed within the hour usually. For instance, our dryer wasn't working and he had someone come out and fix it within the first few days we moved into the apartment. The rent is 675 + MVEC electric + water. Everything else is taken care of. There is a carport for two vehicles per apartment. So I usually pay about $885 total a month for rent, electric, and water. Everything in this apartment works well. I don't really have anything to complain about and have lived here since 11/30/2017. There is also an opportunity to have this place furnished with what we have in the apartment now since we won't be able to take it with us on our move. Inquire within if interested.
