Must be a current undergraduate or graduate student attending college in the area I will be graduating in December and am looking for someone to take over my lease that goes through June 30th, 2019. It is a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment for $550 a month. Included in that price is all utilities: internet, TV, electric, and water. You will also get access to a parking spot right in front of the unit. The apartment already has a full fridge/freezer, oven/stove top, dishwasher, washer and dryer in unit and I will throw in my microwave if you need one. To sweeten the deal, you will NOT have to pay a security deposit and I will pay for your first month s rent.
