Will charge a 1-time fee for pets of $75, refundable with deposit. 1 year minimum lease required with 1 month deposit, which will be invested in a CD so you receive more than your deposit based on earnings during your stay with me. Longer term available. If renter has pets, they must be cared for to the highest degree. If renter uses a common area, clean up after yourself. Tobacco and alcohol are tolerated outside, but not indoors. If other boarder leaves, I may ASK you to mow the lawn. You are free to refuse and not be penalized. Common courtesy is expected at all times.
