Take the decked walkway to the 2nd, private One Bed; One Bath cabin also newly updated, equipped with it's own kitchen, bar, living room and private outdoor waterfront dining patio! Able to sleep 10-11 people. ~Lil' Bit of Waterfront Heaven The property is beautiful and on an expansive lot where everyone can spread out, play some horseshoes (included), and big enough for other outdoor games and enjoy the water of Lake Dunlap which is presently the Guadalupe River. There is a nice low flow as seen in the pictures right now until the dam is replaced. Kayakers and fishermen as well as families just playing in the water are all enjoying this stage of lake life. The two homes share a separate Laundry Room. Able to sleep up to 3 people. 30-days notice to vacate Utility Cap within each lease (based upon lease duration and seasonality)
