This house is a one-bedroom PLUS a loft which I use as a guest room. I love this place and I have lived here for almost three years. Unfortunately, I have taken a job out-of-state so I have to move. This cute house also includes a patio/yard, washer/dryer, and dishwasher. I love this charming home that I would not leave if I were staying in Louisville. owner pays trash and sewage
