    3Bed / 3Bath Student Apartment, $1950 monthly rent + utilities, August 2026 - July 2027 Address: NCSU off campus (near GoRaleigh stop), 3710 PARDUE WOODS PL - Raleigh NC 27603 We are the owners of a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom apartment (1,257 sq ft) available for the August 2026 - July 2027 school year. The apartment is a 3rd floor condo in the University Woods community in Raleigh. It is located 9 min drive from NCSU Main Campus and 3 min from Centennial Campus. The GoRaleigh bus stops right outside the complex and goes directly to NCSU Talley Student Union building. Amenities: (look at the video!) - Each bedroom comes with a full private bathroom and walking closet. - There is a sunroom study area - The kitchen has granite countertops, garbage disposal, a microwave, a stove, dishwasher, and a full fridge. - Central AC unit and washer and dryer. - All floors are ceramic tile (no carpet!) - Parking passes included Small pets are welcome with a pet fee. One-month security deposit required at lease sign to reserve the apartment. There is no application fee. The apartment is managed and maintained by its owners. Contact me if interested (daily showings between 3 to 4:00pm) 1. The lease contract is valid only after it has been signed by all parties and the Security Deposit has been fully paid. 2. Landlord requires obtaining renters insurance to cover tenant property and unintentional damages within the apartment. Renters insurance is very inexpensive and can be bought online. 3. NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND ALLOWED INSIDE APARTMENT. NOTE THAT THE SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE USED FOR CLEANING THE SMOKE SMELL. 4. Candles are a re hazard. No candles of any kind are allowed inside or outside the apartment. 5. Landlord is not responsible for towed vehicles. Parking permits are provided and required. 6. The apartment must be returned clean in the same condition that was provided at the time of move-in, otherwise, a cleaning fee of $500 will be deducted from the Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will also be used to cover any damage to the existing furniture, appliances, and the overall apartment. 7. UTILITIES are extra 8. Leaving trash bags outside the apartment is forbidden. There is an $50 penalty per event mandated by the University Woods, Homeowners Association (HOA). 9. PETS: there is a one-time $125 and monthly $25 pet fee for EVERY pet in the apartment. Pets are limited to small cats/dogs no heavier than 10 pounds Not more than two pets allowed. Tenant agrees to reimburse Landlord for any damages caused by any pet kept by Tenant on the premises, whether the damage is to the premises or to any common areas. Tenant agrees to indemnify and hold Landlord harmless from any liability to third parties which may result from Tenant's keeping of such pet. 10. GUESTS: You are responsible and liable for the conduct of your family, and guest(s). Acts of these persons in violation of the Lease Agreement, or one of these or future rules and regulations, may be deemed by management to be a breach by you, which may result in termination of the Lease Agreement. Tenant agrees that no guest shall inhabit the premises for more than ve (5) consecutive days without prior written approval by Landlord. Additional guests living for more than ve (5) consecutive days will incur in a fee. 11. If tenants break the signed lease agreement rules by early termination or any other action, then the tenant will lose any right to collect the security deposit. 12. FURNITURE: the apartment is provided fully furnished with the list of items shown below. Tenants are responsible of maintaining these items clean and in good condition. The security deposit will be used to pay for furniture damages.
