There is a breakfast bar, comfy couch and TV setup with Apple TV. Wind down after a long day watching one of several streaming services all included, along with the super fast upgraded 5G internet. All utilities included. The property was previously run as an Airbnb, and has a current 4.8 star rating. We the owners, live in the main house and travel quite a lot. Full disclosure a very friendly German Shepherd (who thinks she is human) lives on the property. She is extremely welcoming and service trained, but she does have reign over the back yard. We also have 2 very well behaved kiddos, which are less behaved than the dog, but still great kids. The property backs onto lush canyons and has great views of the water. Ideally November to February. We have some flexibility here, but nothing 6+ months. All utilities including internet are included. We have a non smoking policy, 420 excluded. There is ample street parking. Use of the canyon and/or yard would be on a case by case basis.
