Applications required before any tour of the home. This beautifully remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bath house sits on nearly 2 acres. It is on a quiet dead end street across the street from Coon Lake and a few miles from the beach. The house has many new upgrades like all new flooring, whole house painted, new wood blinds, new furnace, new water heater and a kinnetico water system. The deck looks over the large private yard with a great up north feel. Please do the following before messaging me that you would like to tour the house. In order for a tour I need applications filled out first. Applications are on Zillow. If you pass the application process then I will show the house. W2 and paystubs required. All questions asked will be followed up by a thorough background check. First month, last month and security deposit due upon signing. The required method of payment is Venmo. Renter is responsible for all utilities. This property does have a private well & septic so there is no sewer and water bill. The renters are also responsible for upkeep of the large yard and the house. Riding lawnmower is necessary along with a leaf blower and snowblower . The house is very clean and is expected to remain that way. No Smoking. No pets. Due at signing is first month, last month and the security deposit. The house is available for viewing after the Super Bowl by appointment only and I will need at least 3 days notification if you would like to see the house. If you pass all applications/background checks and you would like to rent the house a signed lease along with first month, last month and damage deposit ($6k) would be required. Please note that I have had multiple inquiries about the property. The first one to provide me with the proper info tours the house first. Then it will go in order from there.
