The shared courtyard is shaded and stocked with gardens, a fire pit and a couple grills. Laundry is not available in the unit but there is a shared laundry facility across the courtyard. It is powered by the downstairs tenant and negotiating usage is available. Usually others just pitch in a little monthly to help offset the energy & water used. Nothing out of the ordinary. As the owner I maintain and manage the facilities. Neighbors are awesome and the shared courtyard space includes space to garden, hang out and cook.
