Unit includes gas stove, washer dryer, wood burning stove, dishwasher, and Hot tub in the back yard. I will consider dogs upon a meet and greet, sorry no cats, birds, or fish tanks. Home will come unfurnished. Owner pays trash, water, sewer. Tenant pays gas, electric, internet/cable. I will be asking to sign a lease agreement of 1 year preferred. Security deposit of $1600 same as rent. additional $500 pet security Owner pays sewer/water, and trash, tenant pays for all other utilities including hot tub maintenance.
