Private outdoor hot shower. NO PETS ALLOWED Lighted deck and furniture with outside shower extends the summer feel. Washer and dryer along with all appliances make for an easy rental. This is a completely furnished house. Plenty (4-5) off street parking places. No pets This is a weekly lease. 50% paid at time of commitment, other 50% 2 weeks prior to week rented. Renters may put all refrigerated food in refrigerator at noon, change into beachwear, and return at 4 o'clock PM for occupancy of entire house. Departure is firmly at 10 o'clock AM. Saturday to Saturday rentals. 5% reduction of total bill for multiple week rentals.
