I pay all the utilities and I pay for the Internet and I also pay for five movie streaming channels. There is a washer and dryer on site and a large nice kitchen. Would like you to sign one year lease. There is no smoking. You can park in front of the house on the road, which is a cul-de-sac. You can also park in the driveway. There is no pets allowed. There is already one resident cat there
