The apartment has a nice large living room and a nice shared bathroom right in front of the room. There is wooden floor throughout and lots of green outside around the apartment. It's located only 5 minutes walk from Glendale Blvd where all of the coffee places and restaurants are in the village. It's in a very nice , green, quiet area , a wonderful neighborhood! The room is available from the 1st of AUGUST You would be living with me and my wonderful Carina ! She is chihuahua mix , super sweet, well behaved and loves people! She is the queen of the house :) :) . I am a very friendly, respectful, clean , genuine person. I work in the entertainment industry as an actress, choreographer , Dancer, producer. I also teach dance . I am a very positive person and I am looking for a nice positive , friendly respectful person too. Non smoker, no drugs, no party people. If you have a pet , I would consider it depending on how he or she gets along with my baby . The rent is $1000 a month plus bills. The deposit is $1000 There is plenty of street parking in front of the apartment . Thank you ! I am responsible for water bills. The gas and electric will be shared .
