Cozy home with lots of yard to garden, play and relax. The house is quaint and charming in a distinctively Martinez way. I am currently in the process of getting it ready for the first renters after living here for 21 years and raising two kids in this house. I hope to find someone who will enjoy the house, neighbors and town as much as I have. I'm expecting to have the house reneighbors and town as much as I have. and a short walk to Alhambra High School. I'm expecting to have the house ready by October 15th (possibly sooner).
