This was our primary residence when we lived in North Carolina so it is fully equipped with everything you need to feel right at home. It comes fully furnished. There is a large basement with ample storage. Our furniture can be moved down there if you would like to use your own. Or you are welcome to store any of your extra furniture in the basement. Basement access is both through the house and from an exterior door in the back for easy moving. Relax in the cozy den, cook a meal in our well stocked kitchen, or just enjoy the view of the mountains. We have one workstation setup that includes an extra monitor. Ample off street parking available. All living spaces are on one floor in this rancher style home. Washer and dryer in basement. Plenty of storage available.
